TRANSFORMER

KECL Transformer is naturally oil and air cooled, suitable for indoor/outdoor core type power and distribution transformer. We deliver top quality transformer and substation equipment. Generally 11/0.415KV voltage in distribution transformer otherwise as per customer requirements. Designed for transmission and distribution of A.C electric power of frequency 50Hz, 3 Phase. Core is the very important material and constructed from low-loss, COLD ROLLED GRAIN ORIENTED (CRGO) Electrical steel laminations insulated on both sides mostly imported from Korea, the Germany, and Europe. The core cut as an angle of 90 for rectangular shape, and also cutting V. the conductor insulation has a high dielectric strength. Super enamel insulation wire is used for HT winding. Copper strip insulated with pure cellulose paper used for LT winding.

HT SWITCHGEAR

Khanjahan Ali Engineering Company Limited are assembled special type of HT Switchgear. HT Switchgear is design on the base of rated voltage of 12 KV, 33KV, current range 400 A to 1250A and breaking capacity from 250MVA to 1500MVA.HT Switchgear is basically equipment with VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) ,LBS (Load Break Switch), SF6(Sculpture Hexafluoride) circuit breaker. our HT Switchgear is assembled with built in mechanical interlocks for safety. The Switchgear are fully HT SWITCHGEAR compartmentalized and extensible on both sides, consisting of bus bar chamber with educate oil clearances, PT compartment ,CT and cable termination compartment, breaker compartment and metering.

LT Switchgear

Khanjahan Ali Engineering Company Limited is assembling special type of LT Switchgear uniform with Bus bar arrangement into part of cubicles. MDB, SDB & DB panels are specially designed assemble and controlling system. Cable termination and bus bar compartment, free standing of against a wall installation. Single or double fronted arrangements and all around steel enclose. For voltage and current monitoring we also use voltmeter and ammeter with selector switch. POWER FACTOR IMPROVEMENT (PFI)

Power factor correction is the switching of the capacitors in parallel with inductive loads in network. Motors, Transformers and other inductive loads require reactive power. SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM

DROP OUT FUSE.

The Drop out fuse set has single pole construction. Each pole consist of Polymeric insulators, all current carrying parts made of a highly conductive copper alloy and the contact portion are silver plated for corrosion resistance and efficient current flow & the fuse tube made of fiber glass coated with ultraviolet inhibitor on the outer surface and having arc quenching bone fiber liner inside.

LIGHTNING ARRESTER.

A lightning arrester alternative spelling lightning arrestor also called lightning diverter is a device used on electric power systems and telecommunication systems to protect the insulation and conductors of the system from the damaging effects of lightning. The typical lightning arrester has a high-voltage terminal and a ground terminal. When a lightning surge or switching surge, which is very similar travels along the power line to the arrester, the current from the surge is diverted through the arrester, in most cases to earth.

BUSBAR.
